Appointments

Currently, as is the case in most GP surgeries nationwide, all appointments are Telephone consultations. This is due to the ongoing impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and to protect both patients, GP's and staff alike.
You will only be offered a face to face appointent if you have had a telephone consultation with the GP/ANP and it is deemed that this is essential.
If you are allocated a Telephone consultation, this is your appointment unless stated otherwise at the end of this consultation.
If you are required to attend the surgery, please wear a face covering or mask. Our Touchscreen is now operational so please use this to check-in were possible.
Please ensure to use hand gel BEFORE and AFTER touching the screen. In addition to this, this screen will be cleaned regularly as are all other surfaces in the surgery.
We realise it can currently be difficult and frustrating for everyone in our daily lives and particularly if you are unwell but we do appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecidented times.

New Registrations

In a further bid to minimise the amount of people attending the practice, any new patients wishing to register, please download registration forms from our website and post this to us, along with a copy of your proof of address. Alternatively you can now email these documents (or any other documents which have been requested by the surgery) to:
